Glazing in the style of a classic loft is the perfect combination of simple, concise shapes and lines and reliable materials – glass and metal. Loft partitions have own peculiarity that cannot be confused – a black frame.

What are they made of?

At the heart of the loft partition is a steel profile. These are designer fully custom steel glass partitions. Steel elements are connected using argon welding, forming metal structures of the required configurations and sizes. The use of argon welding allows us to make a beautiful, almost invisible seam and a very durable structure.

Where are loft partitions used?

A steel-framed loft partition divides a space without closing it off. It separates a home office from a living room, a primary bedroom from a walk-in closet, or a kitchen from a dining area — while still letting light travel from the window wall to the interior. The same black-grid look that defined old New York factory buildings works just as well in a modern loft, a converted warehouse unit, or a contemporary open-plan office.

Choosing swing, sliding, or bi-folding doors

Swing doors — single or French pairs — give the closest feel to a traditional interior door with a fully sealed frame. Sliding doors, barn-style or pocket, work best where floor space is tight or a fully open threshold is preferred. Bi-folding doors stack to one side and suit wide openings between kitchen, dining, and living areas. Because the frame is fully welded steel, any of these doors can also carry laminated or double-glazed acoustic glass for better sound control than a standard hollow-core door.
